The Bridge Community Project supports adults across West Lothian with financial wellbeing, mental health, and bereavement support through practical, person-centred guidance.
A member of the Financial Wellbeing Team will be available at Craigsfarm Wellbeing Hub twice a month from 10:00am – 1:00pm. You’re welcome to drop in and speak with Alister for advice and support.

A supportive, fortnightly group for women discovering they are neurodivergent as an adult—diagnosed or self-identified.
Co-led by a late-diagnosed woman and supported by a counsellor, this is a space to
connect, reflect, and grow together.

Movement Therapy
In partnership with Compassionate Accompaniment, we offer Somatic Movement Therapy — a mind–body approach designed to support nervous system regulation and emotional wellbeing.
Somatic practices focus on reconnecting with the body through gentle guided movement, breathwork and embodiment exercises.
